We are a warm and friendly, family run, bed and breakfast. Our aim is to make you feel at home and make your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.

Paignton is surrounded by stunning beaches and beautiful coastal walks, and our B&B is located just a stone's throw away from many of the area’s best attractions including the Pier, Goodrington Sands and Dartmouth Steam Railway.
However, if it’s raining or you don’t want to leave this wonderful accommodation, you can enjoy our vast games collection or bookcase where there really is something for everyone!
ROOMS
Our 6 en-suite rooms are each unique, with their own special finishing touches to make you feel like you're at a home away from home.
Each room comes equipped with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of three, or pets.
GETTING HERE
Parking: Parking is available for £6 a day in a car park a short walk away. Tickets for this can be purchased from us on the day of your arrival.
Bus/Coach: We're just a 9-minute walk away from the main bus station, where you can travel by bus or coach to local destinations or further afield.
Train: Paignton train station is a 9-minute walk away, just across from the bus station.
